Every Service Provider at Salon Jean and Day Spa works on a Level System. The level system accomplishes two main goals. The first is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team. The second is to provide several options for your various service needs.
Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs and their budget. The training our team receives is aggressive, consistent, innovative, and in-depth. It starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us.
At Salon Jean, our service providers achieve level promotions based on the demand for their time and maintaining guest service excellence.
Any redo services must be done within 7 days of the original service date for no charge. After 7 days, the redo service is subject to full price.
LATE & NO-SHOWS
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment may be asked to wait or see another technician
CARD ON FILE
Massage & Facial Appointments: We require any appointments involving a massage or a facial to have a credit card placed on file to reserve a desired appointment time. Clients who are a no-show or same day cancellation will be charged 50% of the requested services.
Treatments: When booking you appointment for your treatment, we require clients to place a 50% deposit for any straightening treatments including Brazilian, Belma Kosmetik, Keratin, and Magic Sleek. There will be no refunds for the deposit if client fails to cancel or reschedule their appointment within 48 hours of their scheduled service.
PRODUCTS WE USE
Products used within the salon include the following brands: Oribe, Shu Uemura, Kérastase, Keratin Complex, Brazilian Blowout, Magic Sleek, L’Oréal Professional, Belma Kosmetic, and Olaplex. Please ask your stylists specific product details during your appointment.
